These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website meenasoftwareapp.com and the Android app (together, the "Service") operated by Meenakshi Software & Applications ("we", "us", "our"), and any services you order from us. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service on behalf of a business that authorises you.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including billing and GST details.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or misuse the Service.

2. Orders and quotes

  • Prices shown on the website are starting prices in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of 18% GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Placing an order is a request, not a purchase. No payment is taken when you order online.
  • We review every order and send you a final quote with the scope, price and timeline. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
  • Delivery times are estimates that start after we receive the advance payment and all the content and access we need from you.

3. Payment

  • Unless the quote says otherwise, projects need an advance payment of 50% to start and the balance before final delivery or go-live.
  • Recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance and marketing) are billed in advance for each period.
  • We accept UPI and bank transfer. GST invoices are issued for every payment.
  • If a payment is overdue, we may pause work or recurring services until it is paid.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel a pending order at any time, free of charge, from My Orders.
  • After work has started, you can cancel by emailing us. The advance is refunded minus the value of work already completed, which we will show you.
  • Once a deliverable has been approved or delivered, its payment is not refundable.
  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, licences, ad spend, app store fees) are not refundable.
  • Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Your content and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the text, images, logos and data you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
  • You must not use our services for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or infringing.
  • Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals from you may extend the timeline.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

  • Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables and source code made specifically for you.
  • Third-party components (open-source libraries, themes, fonts, plugins, stock images) remain under their own licences.
  • We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
  • The content, design and logo of this website belong to Meenakshi Software & Applications and may not be copied without permission.

7. Revisions, support and warranty

  • Each service includes the revisions and support period stated in its description or quote. Extra changes are quoted separately.
  • We fix bugs in our own work that are reported during the included support period, free of charge.
  • We are not responsible for problems caused by changes made by others, third-party services, or hosting we do not manage.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

9. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "Last updated" date. Orders already accepted continue under the Terms that applied when the quote was accepted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction.
